We’ll focus on foundational poses with modifications offered to suit every level, making it an ideal choice for beginners and anyone looking to increase flexibility and mobility.

 Lunchtime Stretch & Strength

Recharge during the day with this balanced vinyasa class aimed at opening tight areas (hips, hamstrings, and shoulders) while building core strength. Expect a steady, accessible flow with lots of cues and modifications for beginners. Perfect for desk-bound workers, athletes with limited mobility, or anyone wanting an active reset to keep their day going strong.

Flow & Release Name

This class targets flexibility for tight muscles often impacted by high-impact sports. Combining longer-held stretches with dynamic flow, it’s perfect for athletes or anyone seeking improved range of motion and tension release. With a special focus on hamstrings, hip flexors, and the lower back, this flow is designed to ease the tightness accumulated from workouts and daily life.

I’m Jessa, a certified physiotherapist and a 200-hour trained vinyasa yoga teacher with a focus on helping beginners and athletes increase flexibility, manage tightness, and build a balanced yoga practice. After spending years engaged in intense workouts and sports like basketball, running, snowboarding, and heavy weight training since I was 16, I started yoga to find relief from the tightness that often accompanied these activities. Surfing and being by the ocean have also become passions of mine, and I’ve found yoga to be an essential part of maintaining mobility and resilience in all these activities.

In my classes, you’ll find a balance of stretch and strength, informed by my background in physiotherapy to ensure that each pose is safe, accessible, and effective. I’m excited to share this journey with you, and whether you're new to yoga or looking to improve flexibility, I look forward to helping you reach your goals on and off the mat.
